Welcome to CardFlow. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CardFlow website, application, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by BE1st ("we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account or using CardFlow, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
CardFlow is a card scanning and identification platform that uses artificial intelligence to identify trading cards from images. The Service includes:
To use CardFlow, you must create an account with a valid email address. You agree to:
You must be at least 13 years old to use CardFlow. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.
CardFlow offers a free tier limited to 10 card scans. Free tier users must provide their own API key for AI services.
Paid subscriptions (Basic and Pro) are billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
CardFlow operates on a "Bring Your Own Key" model for AI services:
You retain ownership of all content you upload to CardFlow, including card images and data. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service.

The CardFlow name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade names are owned by us. The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Card identification is performed by artificial intelligence and may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying card information before making purchasing, selling, or valuation decisions. We are not liable for any losses resulting from inaccurate identifications.
Any pricing data provided through the Service is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for financial decisions.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CARDFLOW, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR:

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or extended periods of inactivity.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after termination. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and changing the "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
Before filing any legal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at huddleeco@gmail.com. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal proceedings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CardFlow regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
